Overview
The DPP-140L thermoformer operating at speeds of up to 100 blisters per minute, it is suitable for small and medium size pharmaceutical factory packing capsules, tablets, irregular tablets(optional), and pills of small batches and variety production.
It is a very economical and flexible machine for co***nines requiring short clinical trials and specilist applications. Seperated drive, filling and production areas simplify cleanup, reduce maintenance time, changeover time is flexible with very few parts to be changed.
Features
1. Forming station with Aluminum preheating plate.
2. Sealing station with net type sealing roller.
3. Frequency control, with touch screen stepper drives(servo-drives optional).
4. The ***ces between the parts of shaping, heating sealing and cutting can be adjusted as required. It is optimal for clients packing medicines of various size with high precision and efficiency.
5. It processes single and double row blisters(upon request blisters format)and can be supplied with automatic medicine feeding.
6. Press trace, perforation stattion, digit embossing station, and waste material recycle device.
7. It is drawn by a mechnical hand with an freight line to and fro runing, easy and reliable operation, long sevice life.
